We suggest booking as soon as you confirm your event date to ensure availability. However, 4 to 6 weeks in advance is generally sufficient.

Currently, we do not offer large-scale on-site installations. All of our offerings require no or minimal installation. Check out our Balloon Menu for a list of options.

do you offer on-site installations?

We only use the highest quality balloons on the market. However, we cannot guarantee that your balloons will last a specific amount of time once they have been picked up or delivered. This depends on may factors, including environmental exposure, handling, etc. In general, air-filled balloons will last approximately 4+ weeks indoors. Helium balloons will last from a few to days up to a week. 

how long will my balloons last?

Yes! We now offer a full range of helium options. We only use 100% helium, and all helium latex balloons are treated with Ultra Hi-Float to extend float time.

do you offer helium balloons?

Yes! We deliver within an approximate 20-mile radius. We have a minimum $20 delivery fee regardless of distance. The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance from zip code 07033 at $3 per mile. You also have the option to pick up your order. Many of our offerings are conveniently sized for easy pick up or drop off.

i'm ready to book! how do i do that?

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, your deposit may be reallocated to another date, subject to availability. 

what is your cancellation policy?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to book your date, with the remainder due 1 week prior to your event or pick up date. Orders under $100 require payment in full at the time of booking. We accept Paypal, Venmo or Zelle as payment methods. 

do you require a deposit to book?

For smaller arrangements and 4ft garlands, you can generally get by with any sized car. For larger garlands and balloon stacks, we recommend an SUV with the seats down. We can provide approximate dimensions so that you can verify that your order will fit before you pick up. 

what size vehicle do i need to pick up my order?

Grab and go garlands are fully constructed and styled by us and hung by you. We provide hanging supplies and simple instructions.

what is a grab and go garland?

We generally do not return to breakdown balloons, unless specifically arranged for an additional fee. The balloons are yours to bring home or dispose of after your event.

do you come back to remove the balloons from the venue?
